Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from within the United States. After placing your order, our team contacts you to confirm order details before shipment.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Domestic shipping (US): 3–7 business days via tracked carrier (USPS or UPS).
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier.
- Order changes: Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Returns and Refunds
Because our products are research chemicals, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to start a return.
- Eligible: Unopened, sealed products in original condition, returned within 30 days.
- Not eligible: Opened, tampered-with, or reconstituted peptides; gift cards; sale items.
- How to start a return: Email info@peppypath.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, first check with your carrier and household. If it is still missing, email us and we will work with the carrier to file a claim.
